manage plug-ins -> add jriver, VST... does not work

It should display dialog box like JRiver 25 but nothing happens. I could not add my personal plug ins like Audeze Reveal.

Close MC26 completely then run MC26 as an administrator, and it'll work then.

Nope.
Using a plug-in from exaSound that allows MC to control the volume on the ASIO-connected DAC.  Works on prior versions but is not seen by nor can I install in v26, even if I run it as an Administrator.

EDIT:  There is a new plug-in version from exaSound that works.  Just needed to know that and update.
