Hi, I'm a complete newbie to this software and only installed it last night. It would appear it does all I want it to. However I cant figure how the various movies / music Albums I have will get their various thumbnails attached? I have run the thumbnail update option  and although it appears to be running but I only see the odd picture.
Do I need an external program, like a scraper that will.go.to various sites and match the titles to the relevant picture/ graphic?

Did you try the wiki?  Look up Cover Art there.
