Panes with DSP Studio and Scrolling Lyrics

Is it possible to build a custom skin that has a pane with the DSP Studio docked within it.  And a second pane with scrolling lyrics or perhaps just static lyrics docked within it for the current song?

Besides those two panes would be additional panes to display albums and songs.

By chance is there a skin already available that has those items included?
