lost JRiver Media Center 19 when converting to windows 10

lost JRiver Media Center 19 when converting to windows 10. I messed this up. All other programs are working. I purchased this program many years ago and do not have any informatuon from that purchase.  ? :'(

You can download and install MC19 and then restore your license.

I found it and sent your license.  There was a typo in the address.
