I purchased a media center 9 license yesterday and I keep getting "error 14" message every time I try to install the license.
What is the problem? I have version 8 on this computer, but I have version 9 on my laptopand plan to put 9 on this computer when I get this license straightened out. Media center 9 on my laptop will not do anything..I can only get the screen that says the trial period has expired.

Please tell me what to do.

If you're using 8.0, get the latest version.  It fixes a bug when installing a 9.0 license.  It's on our downloads page.  8.0.394.
