This a feature that is abailable with musicbee for syncing to usb devices. It replicates your file heirarchy exactly on the portable usb device.

I tried syncing my music library to my walkman with JRiver and it worked... mostly, but some files were missing from my playlists. When i checked the m3u file they were there and listed as being in a certain directory on the sdcard. But when i went into the sdcard, the file wasn't there. The JRiver instead put the file in a different dir based on the mp3 tag in the options to create new folders and rename files.

By just keeping the original file structure from my computer, it eliminates this issue and keep weird problems like this from cropping up.

I synced the music to my walkman from musicbee and everything synces perfectly. So something for future thought.
