Startup Volume not working as hoped
« on: May 06, 2020, 07:19:01 am »

The startup volume level, on my Win10 x64 HTPC's installation at least, is set to 35% regardless of where I have set it during the previous listening session or what I have found in the "options" section of the program to "check".  I'd like the volume to come up at 15%.

Any ideas where I can look to resolve my cockpit error?

Double-check Options > Audio > Startup volume.  That's the Media Center setting.

Hi,

I found a tick box setting referred to as "Set Audio for optimum level" or something to that effect (my short term memory is shot).  Is this setting the same as asking the previous volume setting to be retained and memorized?

Also, when launching your site I get a malware indication of an outbound connection to "monkeysaudio.com".  What is this and why are you accessing that site when I launch this webpage?

Thank you,

Joe
