madVR outputing frames at monitor refresh rate instead of video native framerate

I am unable to force madVR to display the video at its framerate. For example, if I were to playback a video of 23.976 framerate, it will output at 144.00 (my monitor refresh rate) instead of 23.976.

Any idea on how do I fix this? Using potplayer with madVR and smooth motion is disabled in madVR

This is not a madVR support forum, this is a Media Center forum. If you use any other players, you are better to ask in their forums.
