login cloudplay, and confiming my account

Since the new update on JRiver 25, i can not log in.

They asking for confirmation of my account.

I have changed password twice but can not go further.

I am new and have no exerience with JRiver.

Can someone help me, so i can use cloudplay.

I also had this recently in Windows.
I selected the 're-send confirmation email' option.
Then I opened the e-mail when it arrived.
Everything worked fine after that.
