Where's the WebRemote Plugin!?!?

I was having problems with Media Center 9 and I reloaded 8... when I went to update my plug-in's WebRemote is gone... I need it for NetRemote... Where can I get it? :o

I also very badly need this.  I leave to return to University tomorrow and must finish setting up my parents' stereo system.

I found the .dll for the plugin on another computer and attempted to add it to the computer on which I am working.  

It says "only remote and DSP plugins may be added."

Please tell me how to install this plugin from a source other than your website, as that source no longer exists.
