PC | Server | Renderer Zones: JRemote always switches to the Server zone

I have an environment with a iPad | PC | Server | Renderer. If I select the Renderer zone and hit play a video the video plays on the renderer. After a certain time JRemote switches to the server zone.  ?

How can I avoid that?

Do you have zoneswitch on?
Otherwise you could set the option in JRemote for the server to follow the app zone changes.
