Closed Captions don't work on versions newer than 26.0.80

Everything was fine through version 26.0.80, but I can't get closed captioning to work on any version after that. I went back to 26.0.80 and disabled automatic updates, and I have closed captioning again. I need them because I have hearing problems. The problem is I want to upgrade to version 27 when it comes out, but am afraid closed captions won't work on it either. Any suggestions to getting captioning to work on versions beyond 26.0.80? The most recent version I have tried is 26.0.98. Thanks

Thanks for reporting the issue.  I confirmed that the issue started with build 85.  I will fix it.

The fix is out:
