To JRiver staff..

I have found an issue when playing video in JRiver on multiple monitors, specifically when playing video on monitors with different scaling % set in Windows 10.
My setup:
Monitor 1: 4K with 250% scaling in Windows.
Monitor 2: QHD screen with 100% scaling in Windows.

Issue experienced:
Open JRiver, video plays smoothly in the monitor that the application first opens.
When the app is moved to the other screen (i.e. from the 4k monitor with 250% scaling to a QHD screen with 100% scaling), then video playback is not smooth, it lags.

Video plays fine if the app is not moved between the monitors. Video plays fine on either monitor, provided that the app was opened on that monitor to start with.

I hope this is enough information for you to replicate and test the issue.
