Amazon Music store missing features? No 30 second preview or MP3 cart?

In the before times purchasing MP3s on Amazon, I could listen to a 30 second preview, and if I liked the tune I could place the song in my MP3 cart.

This is no longer the case.

It doesn't seem to be just me but I'm not sure if everyone is seeing the same reduction in functionality.
