Unable to restore license

Hi,

Can someone from JRiver pick this up please. I am trying to restore my license / get a new registration code from entering my email address on the jriver Receive Registration Code page. It doesn't work, I am never emailed. I have tried several times. JRiver stopped working after I renamed by PC in preparation for an upgrade. Can someone fix this please as I want to restore my product despite it being somewhat old now.

I just changed your license email to match the forum.  Please give it a try.
