Hello,

I am a new user of JRiver. So far, the program works fine and does what I need it to do - The import from iTunes I was particularly happy with.

Now though, I've bought my license within the last 15 days, and I'm being asked to pay ~$20 to upgrade to the next version. I'm not super happy with my newly bought license being deprecated. Does this happen often? Are the upgrades substantial for the price?

There are instructions at the bottom of the emailed license.  You need to install MC27 and restore an MC27 license.
