Having trouble with Get Movie & TV Info

Recently, I've had trouble with Get Movie & TV Info, it doesn't find the shows I've ripped from DVD.  My two most recent are:
The White Shadow (seasons 1 and 2)
Night Court (season 4)

I just checked and www.theTVDB.com has information about both shows, but I get "no results found" when I try to right-click and Get Movie & TV Info.  To the tags I've added [series], [season], [episode] information and made sure [media type] is video and [media sub-type] is TV show. 

Does anyone have any ideas?

TheTVDB cancelled JRiver's API access, because they wanted JRiver to pay for it.

MC now uses The Movie DB for Movie and TV Show metadata lookups.

You will need to upgrade to MC27 to get that functionality.

  Running JRiver for Android, JRemote2, Gizmo, & MO 4Media on a Sony Xperia XZ Premium Android 9.
  Playing video out to a Sony 65" TV connected via HDMI, playing digital audio out via motherboard sound card, PCIe TV tuner
