I've been trying to play music from my PC to my Xbox One S for a couple weeks now (at home).  It has worked a couple of times, but I can't figure out the circumstances on what made it work.  I've tried to play directly from my PC (or from my PC via my iPhone, using JRemote).  It's been a frustrating process.  I can play from my PC to my iPhone (via JRemote) with no issues.

It's been a few years since I have tried to play to another device, besides my iPhone.  I used to be able to play to my old Playstation with no issues. 

Any tips?  I am on JRiver 27.0.26 (64-bit), Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (up to date).
