I have just been changed by BT to a new hub and JRemote will no longer connect to my idpi.  VNC will not connect from my pc either.

I am not technical and am struggling to know what to do!  I rebooted the idpi - to no avail.
Of course, the new hub has a new password too, but my computer, and our iPads are connected.
Any advice for me?

BT should be willing to help.

When you say hub, can you be more specific?  An Internet modem?  What make and model? 

Are you connecting from your local LAN or from the Internet?
