JRiver 26 cannot riproduce DSD files

I'm now using JRiver Media Center 26 on Windows 10, and the pc uses a DAC.
I have a problem with the reading of dsd files. Sometimes JRiver riproduce dsd files, but most of the time it doesn't work correctly with dsd files and it reads only pcm. I've noticed that there is a relation between Windows updates and the correct work of JRiver, but an update is not always resolutive.
Can someone tell me what the problem could be about?

Do you have DSD bitstreaming enabled? If not, Media Center 26 will convert DSD to PCM automatically.

Yes, DSD bitstreaming was already enabled, I just check it out. Indeed the program correctly reproduce DSD sometimes, and sometimes it doesn't, it seems that it is not stable.
