Display (Multiple Artists) last
« on: January 31, 2021, 03:41:14 pm »

By default MC27 displays all (Multiple Artists) CD's first in 'Artists & Albums' view. Can I set it up so that multiple artists are displayed at the end after Z, (ZZ Top) in my case.
Many thanks in advance

Broken Down Angel - The way to get those multiple artist albums to the end of the list, i.e. after ZZ Top, is to set their Album Artist Tags to something like ZZZ - Various Artists. Or you could simply put Various Artists in that tag and they would appear among the Album Artists whose name begins with the letter V.

I made a calculated field for this.
This way you can modify the returned Album string depending on complete/incomplete and single/multiple artist.

If you return an empty string, then this will be shown at the end of the list as (unassigned)
