Modify any settings at: Conversion > DSP settings... for one device, the settings apply to ALL devices.  :'(

MC is not storing DSP settings on a per-device basis.

This goes for making the change in either:
Tree > Drives & Devices > [device] > Options > etc.
*or*
Tools > Options > Handheld > etc.

This has never worked for me either since the beginning of time. I have a portable and my car storage devices and need to reset every time I want to sync.

Yeah. I just 'synced' several hundred files for the car USB with headphone/binaural stuff (Toneboosters Isone 3) accidentally left on.  ::)

This is still a problem. I just made a similar mistake, and had to backtrack / re-convert.
