Audio Path info not useful when pushing to a DLNA Renderer
« on: April 24, 2021, 06:53:19 am »

If you mouse over the Audio Path blob when pushing to a DLNA renderer, and using transcoding, the various fields in the dialog say the following..

"Input" displays the original track format,
"Changes" displays "No changes are being made"
"Output" displays the input format "using Decoder (not a direct connection)"

Now it seems to me that "Changes" should display the actual transcoded format being served. And/or "Output" should display that information.

And, on a similar note when using JRemote (Android say) to push to a DLNA renderer, its Playing Now information currently displays the original track format, but really it should be displaying the delivered format.

I would like to second the request for the Playing Now information to display the delivered (not original) format when pushing to a DLNA renderer.  Thanks.
