JRiver search feature doesn't work with touchscreen monitor

Hi guys

I just bought a touch screen monitor for my HTPC. I use the search bar in the top right-hand corner of the screen to quickly find music albums and tracks. When I tap on the search bar I expect a keyboard to open up on the touchscreen but it doesn't.

In all my other windows programs and my internet browser, the keyboard pops up on the touchscreen with no problem.

Is there something I need to enable in JRiver for this to work?

Are you using Standard View or Theater View in MC?

There is a Theater View skin that's a little better for touchscreen.  It's called Obsidian Touchscreen.

Panel might also be useful.  It's on the wiki.
