How to get MC on second PC User Account

I have MC 26 on a Windows 10 with two different User Accounts.  The software runs fine on the User Account to which it was first installed.  How do I get it on the second User Account.   When I go into Control Panel for the second User Account I see MC 26 but I don't know how to get it to run.

Any advice would be appreciated.
