I just cleaned up a number of folders in my media drive with RMCF and the option to "Move all non-imported files" checked because I wanted the naming to be more consistent.  I didn't realize that this options ignores subfolders.  I now have dozens of folders that were not removed and files that were not copied over that I need to manually clean up.  This isn't a big deal, but it certainly feels like these subfolders should also move to the new directory if the "Move all non-imported files" option is checked.
