High bit rates with pipewire Fedora users look here

Heres some helpful initial tweaks to get pipewire up with decent bit rates.

edit
/etc/share/pipewire/pipewire.conf

default.clock.rate          = 48000
default.clock.allowed-rates = [ 44100,48000,96000,192000,384000 ]

I have seen some upscaling after running a 192kb stream followed by a 96k or 48k, output seems to stick at the highest output rate used?
