MC 28.105 crashes when trying to exit with "Get Cover Window open"

When "Get cover window" is open (left behind, usually hidden behind MC window) and I click exit - MC crashes with Apple crash report following. Not a big deal but not very elegant. Mac Mini M1 with latest Monterey.
Same thing with MC 28.105 on Mac Mini Intel & Big Sur.

What is a "cover window"?
How do you "get" it open?

when I search for album covers - for example - get from internet, and do not close the window titled "Get Cover Art", continue to do other tasks, the "Get Cover Art" window is left open. Then when I quit/exit MC - it crashes.
