Purchased Incorrect License for MC 28/29

I recently purchased an upgrade from MC27 master to what i mistakenly thought was MC28/29 master but it turns out I mistakenly only bought the MAC version for 19.98. I would rather have the master license as I had before for $27.98. Is there a way for me to pay the difference? Please let me know what options i have here and what you need from me.
