I want to input a USB Turntable to JRiver on a Mac.  There isn't the Live Play option which exsists for Windows.  VLC can accept the input, Audacity can accept the input - Why can't JRiver

It's simply because it hasn't been implemented yet for Linux and Mac, assuming it's even on the to-do list (if it is, I bet it's a low priority). While it's as close as ever to feature parity, there still are features missing from MC for Linux and Mac that MC for Windows supports, this being one of them. Personally, I'd rather see CD ripping support be added to MC for Linux before anything else, as that's a major feature to be missing. None of those missing features are likely trivial to add support for. And not all features MC for Windows supports can work on MC for Linux or Mac.

I don't work for JRiver... I help keep the forums safe from "male enhancements" and other sources of sketchy pharmaceuticals.
