Over on the AVS Forum, there is an active discussion of software - Video Processor - that works with a capture card and MadVR as a render so that streaming (Apple TV, Shield) and other (PS5, Xbox, blu-ray players) can pass video to the HTPC through the capture card and the video can then be rendered by MadVR.

I am wondering if JRiver and JRVR would ever work with the software. Someone asked the question on the VR thread on AVS, and the only answer was that JRiver does not work with external sources, but is this possible? Or would JRiver ever consider adding their own video processing software via a capture card?
