Is Hardware Accelerated encoding possible (Synology Docker)?

I am running the MC 29 docker on a Synology capable of hardware encoding (newer Intel CPU).  It does not seem to use it MC even though I have this option checked.  Is it possible in Docker?

I would expect not.
Containers generally don't expose hardware access at that level.
