JRemote Timing Out

Running JRMC29 on two desktops...one running Win10 and the other Win7 which is music library.
Reloaded JREMOTE on iPad Mini and app is not seeing my music server desktop computer?!
Using CONNECT WITH ACCESS KEY, User and Password and app opens fine.
BUT shows "Connected to Desktop XXXXXXX" which is the Win10 desktop, not the desired Win7 machine.
However when I select ADD A SERVER, app displays 3 IP addresses with all indicating TIMED OUT but none of which appears to be on a list of IP addresses/ports.
How do I get JREMOTE to see the library on the desired Win7 machine?

Turn Media Network off and back on to generate a new Access Key.
