In the next build (MC29.0.60), there will be an improvement related to IME, the Input method editor, on Windows platform. When typing text in some languages, such as eastern Asia languages, (Chinese, Japanese, and Korea), Microsoft Windows pops up a couple of windows called composition window and candidate list window. In the composition window is the text you typed using keyboard, and the candidate window shows a list of candidates in your selected language. The selected text eventually ends up in whichever edit window you are typing in.
In the past, this did not work ideally in MC. The composition window and the candidate list window appeared at the upper left corner of the screen, instead of appearing near the actual edit window.
This is fixed in the next build. Testing is appreciated, especially by people who can type Japanese or Korean.
