Number of Tuners incorrect [Solved]

Hi, I write here for convenience if it is not possible I will open another topic.
Today I bought the mc 29 update, installed it and realized that it only finds two tv tuners while I have a quad tuner, mc28 found 4.
What did I miss?

I see two tuners of DVBT type and two DVBC type.  Are these from two different devices or one?

The tuner is one, Hauppauge WinTV-quad, mc28 recognized me 4 dvb-t tuner.

This is really puzzling.  The device driver dictates what tuner types and how many are available.

I solved, I did not put the tv card in the slot properly, or it is breaking ...
