how to lock the columns

I want to lock the column widths in the player window but the program 'readjusts' them every time a new track is played.
I've looked and looked for a way to do this but thus far, no luck.

To stop the column widths adjusting make sure that in Tools >> Options>> Tree & View the Auto size columns under List is switched off.
