Can't Find Conversion Setting

Everything is playing back at 48k. I remember I had this problem before and it was something in the options tree (I think). When checked, it allowed you to convert all samples to a different sample (like 192 to 48 ...etc.). They were all set to 48k. I don't know how that may have gotten checked again... I just installed an update.
Can someone please tell me where to find that before I lose my mind?
