JRiver Id -- JRiver's Network Media Player

We have a new board, devoted to the JRiver Id.

It's a product that was a long time coming, but has now reached maturity.

It's a DLNA Renderer that allows you to play from your computer to your receiver and control it with your phone.

I just posted a brief report there on our progress so far.

Prices on parts have dropped a little, so we've lowered the Id's prices.

Will JRiver Id works with MC to playback SACD ISO multi-channel native DSD through HDMI to AVR? Will Raspberrypi work as well?

Not possible. DSD over HDMI doesn't work from a computer.

Hi, I am new to the forum and DSD world. If DSD over HDMI doesnt work from a computer, what other device can play up to DSD 256mhz?

DSD-capable USB DACs can play such streams. Its only a limit of HDMI, so if you use USB it works with many devices.
