I recently bought an Astell&Kern Kann Max and have a trial version of JRiver MC.  My goal is to control Kann Max playlists through JRiver MC-syncing (like an upgraded ITunes).  After several sync attempts, the trial library is on the Kann Max.  The selected playlists are on the Kann.  But, no songs populate the Kann Max's playlists, unless i add them through the Kann Max--but they disappear on the next sync.

in JRiver MC Devices Options, i have selected all audio and the playlists i want to sync.
i have added songs to the playlists on JRiver MC. 

How do i get the playlists to sync with the Kann Max?
