Setting File Types Issue using JRiver MC 30.0.15

Tools > Options > File Types:

Trying to set the file types of my preference, JMC sets it but the next time I start JMC the options I had selected are unchecked, I have done this on three devices and all three of them had the same issue.

The settings I am having problems with are:
.swf, .cbz .cbr .epub .mobi .fpl .tvpi .tvvi. dvdvideodisc

Anyone else having the same problem
