Streaming (youtube) only local audio (pc) how do i get it to the DAC?

This problem does not seem specific to version 30 as the same seems to happen in version 29.

It used to be if I  streamed a youtube video inside MC I got a dialog box asking if i want to stream it to my USB Dac.

currently however it just starts streaming locally on the computer and i dont have a clue how to get it to the dac.

what am i missing?

on further experimenting i noticed if i add the URL through the menu "File > open URL" it does play on the DAC.

To get the dialog again, try ctrl-click or shift-click.

both open a New Window but no dialog
