URL stream/playback time-shift and record?

I've noticed that when playing an Internet/radio stream via "Open URL" (example URL) Pause/Play seems to work as expected. Perhaps you could consider implementing full time-shift (rewind/fast forward) and record capabilities?

Looks like the stream is already being stored ("BufferedInternetReader" dat files in the Temp folder).
