unable to change settings if I have network folders setup, but not available

I just tried to change the library backup location on my laptop, but when i tried to save I received a warning that "Audio file location cannot be read-only (ripping and podcasts)"

That Audio location is a network drive, which is not available since I'm currently traveling.

this is preventing me from changing the completely unrelated file location I actually want to change, so now i have to set a reminder to change this when I'm back to the location where the network drive is actually located.
