HTPC not showing up in Zones on remotes

I was trying to listen to music without turning the TV on earlier. I normally do this all from my phone but for some reason the HTPC would not show up as a Zone in MO4 or JRemote. I eventually turned on the TV to see what was going on. The HTPC is online, can access the internet and the server library. I did try restarting the HTPC.

Any suggestions?

Network problem?

Pending Windows update?

Media Center has a test under Media Network settings.  Click on the Access button.

Power cycle everything.
