Duplicate Songs with same Filename with Numbers added at the end.

I switched back from Linux to Windows and on a fresh install of Media Center with a fresh library i get duplicate songs with the same filename but with ;1 ;2 etc. added after the file extension. 

If i remove them from the library and add the flac files again they get added the same way again. they have different lenghts but file size, bitrate etc. is all the same.

It was embedded CUE sheets. I removed them with mp3tag. Solved
