Struggling importing playlists into Media Center v30
« on: March 21, 2023, 07:06:45 pm »

Hi, I am struggling and not able to solve importing my  m3u playlists from Roon into JRiver MC 30.  Here are some points:

1.   I use JRiver MC 30 on my MAC
2.   MC Data Fiddler is PC only, so I move the play list to the PC, process it thru Fiddler and then move the fille back to the MAC for import
3.   The file shows imported in MC30, but it is empty without any data

Should I put MC 30 on my PC, then import the file and export it to reimport it to MC 30 on my MAC.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated, as I really would like to be able to import my existing playlists into MC30.

Thanks!

Ron

If the playlist shows up empty, the filenames must not be reachable.

Thanks Matt!  I will make sure the file paths are correct.  Also should I use Fiddler to make the conversion to MC?  Or is there a better way to do this?

The only Fiddler I know is for sniffing web traffic, so hopefully somebody else can help there :)
