Running MC 23.0.104 {64 Bit) on a WIndows 10 Home 64-Bit (fully updated) i5 laptop with 16 GB RAM

I can rip from CD's to FLAC no problem but I am unable to burn from FLAC to create Audio CD's in JR

Windows recognizes the drive and the blank CD-R but JR tells me there is no disc in the drive.  Other problems such as Media Center also recognize the crive and the CD-R.  I've trued a few different brands of CD-R and JR didn't recognize any ot them.

JR recognizes the drive but under the drive description all it says is " ... redetect ...".

Wha am I mising here and what do I need to do in order to be able to burn a CD audio CD from FLAC files inside of JR?
