Create Smartlist to Display Unrated Files in a Random Volume LVL Range of .5 LU

Hello,

I'm trying to create a smartlist that generates all unrated files within a random volume level range of .5 LU, such as 10 LU to 10.5 LU or 8.3 LU to 8.8 LU. I'm creating this smartlist to simulate volume leveling from JRemote while driving in my car.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
