You have an MC32 license for Windows.  Install MC31.0.83 or higher, then restore.

Have recently built a new computer with windows server 2022 Standard to use a music server.  This was a clean build with 2 M2s, one for programs and 1 for music storage (4T). I have been able to download JRiver 31 but as soon as I hit open the computer restarts without extracting any of the files or showing the program when it restarts.  The only other program on the computer is Google Chrome. I have disabled all the anti virus, defender products for now but made no difference.  I actually wanted to download JRiver 30 as I had just purchased it in May on a older computer that is now been scrapped but for some reason I can not have this program open.  Have been using JRiver since the 19 version!

Windows Server isn't supported, but maybe a 32 bit version would work.

It still sounds like an antivirus or driver problem.

I did try the 32 bit version same thing happened. I have only used it on Windows server editions without any problems, including on Windows server 2016. I would agree seems to be a driver issue, I had disabled the windows defender settings.
Can you suggest what driver to install?

Crashes from drivers are usually the video driver.
