GroupSummaryQuery(Album,Rating,1) out of 5
« on: July 13, 2023, 04:00:17 am »

Hi
I have been using jriver for 10 years but for the first I want to do this query: GroupSummaryQuery(Album,Rating,1) out of 5

According to wiki.jriver.com, you can do a smartlist with it. Except, I cannot work out where & how you enter this.

I anyone done it, would you mind posting a screenshot?

Thanks in advance.

The wiki has a topic on smartlists.  If you get stuck, post more details about what you did and what happened.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Yes I have read the topic on Smartlist (and I have created a few over the years). It is fairly simple to set up.

I want to know which albums have the highest no of 4/5 stars per album.

Reading the wiki on GroupSummaryQuery, I think it would give me this info but although it states they can be use in a Smartlist, it does not tell you: 'how'.

I am stuck because I cannot work out  where & how you enter this: GroupSummaryQuery(Album,Rating,1) in a Smartlist.

There is a grouping rule in Smartlist but that is not it.

If only I could a screenshot of an example or ?, please?
